To All Student Chefs
It is with great pleasure that the Guild can announce the launch of this years “Tabasco Brand Hot Chef Student Competition”. Now in its fourth year, the competition for students of any age has gone from strength to strength and in a change from the previous years. We will be hosting a semi final to find the best 10 dishes to be show cased and judged at a final to be held at Hotelympia’s Salon Culinaire 2016.

Remember this competition is open to all chefs who are in part or full time education.
The winning chef and their lecturer/mentor will be whisked away to the home of Tabasco, Avery Island Louisiana, with all competitors being judged against gold silver and bronze medals from the Olympia judging team.
