This distinctive 3*** star, 2 rosette hotel seeks an experienced and highly capable Senior Sous Chef looking to make that next career move.
This establishment is looking for a hard working individual who can remain calm under pressure. Working with excellent, locally sourced produce, you will be working to menus that offer great choice of dishes whilst maintaining value for money.
You will be expected to work with a developing brigade, input ideas into the menu and be able to produce food to a rosette standard, in a busy kitchen. The client has specified that the successful candidate will be strong in all areas of the kitchen and display a fantastic attitude and approach to their work. You must have fantastic man management skills, volume experience and be able to control budget and costs.
You will report directly to the Head Chef and be responsible for others.

Qualifications/ Experience required:
You must have NVQ 1&2 or equivalent and a minimum of 2-3 years experience in quality establishments with rosette accredited establishments. Experience of working in a busy kitchen is essential.
