This Beautiful 1AA Country Manor House Hotel is looking for a Snr Chef de Partie/Jnr Sous to join the creative and talented kitchen team.
The Head Chef creates seasonal menus that take advantage of the freshest ingredients growing in their on site gardens. This rosette awarded, 3 star establishment has a striking restaurant that serves creative and imaginative cuisine. Comprehensive conference and banqueting are also available and popular with a wide range of cliental.
This Snr Chef de Partie/Jnr Sous Chef position has become available atthis high end hotel with an excellent reputation for high quality food service in the restaurant and function rooms.
In the position of Snr Chef de Partie/Jnr Sous you will be expected to support the Sous & Head Chef with the management and organisation of the kitchen.
Previous experience gained from within high volume, fresh food environments where you were cooking to at least one AA Rosette standard would be advantageous for this position. Strong leadership and kitchen management skills are essential for this position.
