This magnificent country house hotel is currently seeking to recruit a Pastry Sous Chef to enhance and strengthen their existing brigade. The hotel has luxurious bedrooms, a multi rosette accredited restaurant and conference and banqueting facilities for upto 200 people.
Our clients are looking for an experienced Pastry Sous Chef to join this highly professional brigade. You will, under the direction of the Head Chef have responsibility for the production of deserts, breads and petit fours etc for the restaurant and functions. Applicants are expected to have experience in a previous similar quality background.

You will require previous experience running a section of a kitchen within a 2 rosette accredited property within a hotel or restaurant. As Pastry Chef de Partie, the successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the pastry section of the kitchen and the production of food to an exceptionally high standard.
