This award winning Hotel is seeking a demi chef de partie.
This is an exiting opportunity to join the brigade on a full-time basis, and presents a great opportunity to expand your culinary knowledge and build a career in a busy multi-outlet operation with the highest of standards.
JOB ROLE: To assist and deputise for the Chef de Partie in the timely production and presentation of food on the appropriate section.
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO AND/OR HAVE:
Keen and enthusiastic, with a want to learn attitude
Maintain standards and consistency in food preparation and delivery as directed
Aware of items and ingredients and their value on the section
Have an understanding of the relevant ordering procedure
Maintain and monitor stock rotation, labelling and storage in compliance with procedures
Train and monitor junior staff to maintain standards and consistency in food preparation and delivery
