The busyaward winning restaurant team is currently looking for a chef de partie to help lead the team in producing its trademark home comforting and succulent dishes.
As Chef de partie you will be reporting to Junior sous/sous as appropriate and must be able to take responsibility for the production and presentation of food.
You will be expected to order food stuffs as required and ensure that stock is rotated, labelled and stored so that food safety and quality is maintained. To understand and be aware of food costs within your department. Also you must be able to train junior staff to maintain standards in food preparation.
As Chef de Partie you will also be expected toplan the preparation, production and cooking of food to the required standard.
Essential Must Haves:
NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent
Good written and spoken English
A flexible attitude
Passion and enthusiasm for Food
Previous supervisory experience
Good communication skills
Good Team Player
