This beautiful, stylish Hotel is looking for an ambitious Chef De Partie to join their brigade working with a highly talented Head Chef running the sauce section. This establishment has a fine dining restaurant along with a busy brasserie. Also operating as a popular wedding venue, you will be involved in all aspects of the kitchen including the conference and banqueting. All menus use fresh local produce and change to allow for seasonal availability.
As Chef De Partie you will be working in the Main Kitchen and be able to run your own section.
You should be able to maintain the high standards of this fantastic establishment.
Working effectively as part of a team is key.

All candidates must be focused and a hardworking individual with a passion for excellent cuisine and high standards. Experience for this position is essential, with experience in a rosette property and advantage, as is having an NVQ level 2 minimum.
