This stylish Rosette accredited establishment requires a dedicated Chef de Partie to join their brigade.
This privately owned hotel is currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team in their newly refurbished kitchen. The establishment has a range of dining areas including a stylish conservatory, patio area and traditional pub, where guests can enjoy a range of menus created using International influences. The establishment is extremely popular and can cater for up to 140 covers, it is therefore necessary that all applicants come from not only a rosette background, but also have experience in cooking to volume.
Your duties will include
Assisting in all areas of the kitchen on a day to day basis
Ensure that high standards are maintained
The Head Chef requires a Chef de Partie who has a strong knowledge of cooking with fresh produce within a high pressure environment and you must therefore be able to maintain your cool and work well under pressure.

Reporting to the Head Chef.

Qualifications/Experience required:
The person to suit must be experienced in fresh produce to a 1 rosette standard, must have 1 – 2 years experience at this level. Should also posses NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and hygiene certificate essential.
